THE BLUE HORSE

The history of AR:T ROUTE BLUE is in the artist blue. The history of the colour, the colour of the sky and the very feelings it evokes. The night I saw white horse completely painted blue at the play at Caravan Farm Theater I was hooked and spell bound. A horse in the brightest of blues roaming in the moonlight. What if we were all doused in blue. All tinted a watercolour wash that connected us all. A blue thread that reached everyone of us. a continual indigo connection line so no one felt alone. The globe is home to humankind. The turning blue marble is a grid that all of us hang on to by a thin thread. We are but one hand on long histories that follow the veins of the connections like the roots of trees. The blue connection to me is like a herd of blue horses. Every horse takes its turn leading. And the ebb and flow is like the ocean ..true leadership is like that. you must take your turn to lead and take your turn to follow. We all have strengths to add to the herds dynamic energy. SO if people wonder why AR:T ROUTE BLUE…it is because I dream of herds of blue horses. Human kind roaming this world with deep indigenous roots to this planet.. and I dream of an indigenous blue world.
